Needham Market FC Women Announce Exciting Oppotunities for the Upcoming Season
As Needham Market Women gear up for the upcoming season, the club is thrilled to announce several key roles aimed at enhancing our team's performance and operations. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about women's football and are eager to contribute to our club's success both on and off the pitch.
The first team will look to bolster their coaching team, having seen several departures over the summer. The additional JPL sides we are creating also require a few extra hands. There are also a few off-the-field roles we are looking for additional support/cover with too!
First Team Head Coach
Needham Market Women are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Head Coach to support the team and join the journey to greater heights.
- Qualifications: UEFA B admirable but not essential.
- Experience: Prior coaching experience at a competitive level or within the female game.
- Responsibilities: Planning and conducting training sessions, developing game strategies, and driving team selection and tactics.
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a clear understanding of the game.
First Team Assistant Coach(es)
We are also in search of an Assistant Coach to support the First Team in all aspects of team management and player development.
- Qualifications: UEFA C (FA Level 2) Admirable but not essential
- Experience: Coaching experience at a grassroots or competitive level.
- Responsibilities: Assisting in training sessions, providing tactical support, and helping with player assessments.
- Skills: Team-oriented, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.
First Team Goalkeeper Coach
We are seeking a new Goalkeeper Coach to train and develop our goalkeepers.
- Qualifications: FA Level 2 Goalkeeping Coaching Certificate admirable but not essential
- Experience: Previous experience coaching goalkeepers.
- Responsibilities: Conducting specific training sessions for goalkeepers, providing technical and tactical advice, and evaluating performance.
- Skills: Expertise in goalkeeping techniques, excellent communication, and motivational skills.
U14s & U16s JPL Warriors Coaches
We are seeking dedicated coaches for our U14s and U16s Junior Premier League (JPL) teams.
- Qualifications: UEFA C (FA Level 2) or working towards
- Experience: Previous coaching experience with youth or female teams.
- Responsibilities: Planning and delivering training sessions, developing young players' skills and understanding of the game, and supporting the team during matches.
- Skills: Strong communication, enthusiasm for youth development, and the ability to motivate and inspire young players.
Volunteer Coordinator
Needham Market FC Women are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to manage and recruit volunteers for various club activities.
- Responsibilities: Recruiting and managing volunteers, coordinating schedules, and ensuring volunteer engagement.
- Skills: Strong organisational and people skills.
Minibus Driver
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Minibus Driver to transport players/staff to and from away matches.
- Qualifications: Valid UK driving license with D1 category.
- Experience: Comfortable with driving a minibus.
- Responsibilities: Safely transporting team members and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Skills: Punctuality, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.
Turnstile Operator
Needham Market FC Women are also looking for Turnstile Operators to manage entry points during match days.
- Responsibilities: Operating the turnstiles, handling tickets, assisting with crowd control, and providing customer service.
- Skills: Friendly demeanour, reliability, and good communication skills.
